Evolution teaches that the whole universe came together as a result of "time and chance." The world, however, displays an incredible amount of DESIGN that is irrefutable.

Design implies an intended purpose... a plan, a project to achieve a preconceived end.

Consider the eyeball - it was intended to SEE. It has a design so that the many parts inside of an eyeball and their connections to the brain form pictures so that we can see. Every part of the eyeball (nerves, lens, liquids, membranes) serves a purpose so that together all these parts cause the eye to SEE. This design implies an AMAZING DESIGNER, Someone intelligent and loving who created us all.
